Nolensville lost to Portland in the bracket one semi-final 3 sets to 1 in TSSAA action at Blackman High School in Murfreesboro.
The Knights were slow to get going in the first set and lost 25-13. In set two they dominated winning 25-16. The third set was a battle, but Nolenville lost 25-20. The fourth and final set they lost 25-19. They were down by as much as 10 points at one point in the game, but had a late rally, which fell short.
The Knights play next at 4:30 at Blackman High School in bracket two.
